ARTICLE 12

INDEMNIFICATION

12.1 INDEMNITY - Unless otherwise specifically required by law, SNS LSC shall be obligated to provide indemnification benefits to persons acting on behalf of the LSC solely through the use of insurance policies and contracts. The policies and contracts purchased and maintained, if any, for this purpose shall be solely at the option and discretion of SNS LSC. In special cases the LSC Board of Directors, in its sole discretion, may elect to provide full or partial indemnity, as permitted by law, beyond the coverage of applicable insurance.
